Updated: May 20th, 2025
Welcome to Auticate. By accessing our site, enrolling in our programs, or becoming a member, you agree to follow these terms—so please read them carefully. We’ve written them in clear, accessible language, because clarity is what we do.
1. Who We Are

2. Using Auticate
Auticate provides educational content, courses, digital programs, and community resources designed to support autistic individuals and their allies. Some content is available through one-time purchases; other features are available only to paying members.
To use our services, you must be 18 or older. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Membership
If you sign up for a paid membership, you'll get access to the content included in your tier for as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime. Access ends at the close of your billing period unless otherwise noted. Downloadable content is yours to keep, but membership-exclusive content is only accessible while your membership is active.
We reserve the right to change what’s included in each tier, but we’ll always notify you first if major updates are made.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard. We do not currently offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
5. Community Guidelines
We expect members to participate respectfully. This includes following the behavioral guidelines outlined in the membership portal. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if a user violates these expectations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Auticate is owned by Auticate LLC unless otherwise stated. This includes videos, written material, graphics, and downloadable resources. You may use what you access for your personal learning and growth. But you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our materials without written permission.
7. Account Security
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
8. Disclaimer
While Auticate offers educational resources informed by lived experience and expertise, we are not providing medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Always consult with a qualified professional for individual support.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep our services reliable and accurate, but we can’t guarantee perfect performance. We’re not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services beyond what the law requires.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
